Families with individuals who have disabilities, families who do not speak English or French, families who are new to the country, families with precarious immigration status and those who lived through a war before arriving here are some of the most vulnerable at this time. Given the shortage of physicians, IMGs have been a wasted resource especially during the pandemic.
