Manitoba is an exception.<\/li>\n<li>Over the 2006 to 2012 period, these recent arrivals have grown in numbers (a growth of 1%\u00a0per year for \u201crecent\u201d immigrants and a growth of 5% per year for \u201ctemporary residents\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>The highest combined rates of growth have been in Saskatchewan.
