The three issues raised by the MIDI (Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion) in its comprehensive presentation of the observations and questions emerging today are defined as follows: 1) An inclusive society enabling full participation through collective and individual engagement; 2) An immigration that reflects the choices of society; 3) Responsible, coherent and effective governance.
