The Practices of Immigration Regionalization Organizations Toward Employment Settings in Five Regions of Quebec: The Perspectives of Organizations, Employers and Immigrants
The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the practices of immigration regionalization organizations toward employment settings in different regions of Quebec. Strategies aimed at potential employers must be analyzed more specifically in order to understand the place taken by, to be given to, and to be developed for employment settings within immigration and immigration-regionalization strategies. This question is all the more important today given that both Canadian and Quebec immigration policies envisage giving employers a greater role in the attraction, reception and retention of immigrants — as is already the case for temporary workers who arrive through programs and contracts with their employers.
